  • Do 1 goal at a time, not all at once, remember it has to be attainable
  • Set a time frame for when You want to meet that goal
  • Once you have reached that goal start the next goal, repeating the process
  • Most important, make Your goal setting a positive experience, Life is about a healthy balance of Family, Work and Play.
