Planning is a lot about the Organizing of your goals, your priorities and your “Stuff”. While that can seem overwhelming, having a simple resource or tool to guide Your loved ones when needed is very helpful and part of that “plan”. It can answer questions such as who to contact and where to find things or even just to leave a note or letter to explain something you thought was important. This used to be called “The Family Love Letter” which has been re-formatted today as the “From the Heart Journal”. It is private, personal and adaptable and you use it the way you want.
