We hope that You had a wonderful Holiday Season!

The New Year is here and as we have shared before it is that time for the traditional “New Year’s Resolutions”. These are both a reflection of the previous year and a looking forward for the next year and has a basis in organizing and goal setting, a significant part of successful planning.

Here are some helpful tips for setting and following these “resolutions”:

Write down a Top 5 list of attainable goals

Do 1 goal at a time, not all at once, remember it has to be attainable. Don’t get overwhelmed!

Set a time frame for when You want to meet that goal, again make that timing attainable.

Once you have reached that goal start the next goal and start repeating the process with a new goal.

Most important, make Your goal setting a positive experience, Life is about a healthy balance of Faith, Family, Work and Time off to relax and recharge.

Dolphins Have Hair!
